Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecuting repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualificationsB level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairMust have dealership experienceCertifications from other brands may be used as equivalency with HyundaiMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic Computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentTeam playerMust have a valid driver’s licenseMust be able to pass a drug testAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
