Roofing Sales Rep | $75K-$300K+ Earning Potential | Paid Training | Uncapped Commissions | All Experience Levels OnPoint Roofing is scaling fast across Central Texas and we're looking for driven people to grow with us. Based in San Marcos and covering territories across Austin and San Antonio, we're expanding across both markets and there's never been a better time to join. Whether you're an experienced rep or brand new to the industry, we've got a path for you. Competitive commissions, full back-office support, and hands-on retail training — for every rep, at every level. Why Join OnPoint Roofing? Average earning potential ranges from $75K-$150K+ annually for new reps, up to $150K-$300K+ for experienced reps — top performers clear $300K+ . Paid training program to help you get started. Quarterly performance bonus opportunities. Company sponsored trips, events, and incentives. Opportunity to grow into future leadership roles. What You'll Do: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to project completion. Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, and self-generated leads. Perform on-site roof inspections and in-home consultations. Learn and execute both storm restoration and retail sales strategies. Utilize CRM software to manage leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Who We Want: Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders. All experience levels welcome — sales experience (roofing, solar, pest control, windows, home security, etc.) and familiarity with CRM software are a plus, but not required.
