Most of your day is spent in an office environment, on the phone or at a computer. You receive incoming client calls, assist them with their plumbing needs, and dispatch service calls to field technicians.With great attention to detail, you schedule calls to provide prompt, convenient service and maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You keep clients updated and informed. You enjoy interacting with our clients and technicians and love keeping busy with a variety of tasks. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.
