Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Position Overview

The Data Entry Clerk will play a critical role in supporting the Customer Care team by ensuring customer orders are entered accurately and efficiently. This is a true data entry position focused on entering customer orders into the company's ERP system. The ideal candidate will have previous data entry experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Review order details for completeness and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Process order updates, changes, and corrections as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of orders and transactions.
• Support the Customer Care team with administrative and data-related tasks.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve order entry issues and exceptions.
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Previous data entry experience required.
• Experience entering customer orders into an ERP system is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fast and accurate keyboarding/data entry skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of transactions while meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Professional communication skills when working with internal stakeholders.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Syspro ERP .
• Experience using a CRM system .
• Experience in a customer service or service industry environment.

Experience Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of data entry experience.
• Experience entering orders into an ERP system.
• Customer service or service industry experience is preferred.
• A positive attitude is a must.

Additional Information

• This is a true data entry role , with the majority of the day spent entering customer orders into the Syspro ERP system.
• Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive, high-volume data entry while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• No degree or certifications are required.
