Sit-Down Forklift Operator - Manufacturing Location: Memphis, TN Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Available Pay: $22 - $24, depending on experience and skill set We are seeking reliable and experienced Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join our team. This is a long-term opportunity. Job Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Load, unload, move, and stage raw materials, finished products, and production supplies.
- Transport materials to and from production areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with general warehouse and manufacturing duties as needed.
- 3+ years sit-down forklift experience
- Forklift certification required
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a must
- Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy production environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
