Phlebotomist

Labcorp

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist for its Meridian, Idaho location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide patient services. The role operates Monday-Friday with potential overtime and Saturday rotations, offering opportunities for career growth within a leading diagnostic laboratory organization.

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections across all age groups
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other assays
Enter patient information accurately and maintain specimen logs
Prepare specimens for testing and process billing information
Deliver exceptional customer service and support administrative duties as needed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Phlebotomy certification or completed training from accredited program
Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or current certification
Pass standardized color blindness test
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven customer service excellence
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

Compensation: $5,000 sign-on bonus; quarterly incentive bonus program based on performance metrics
