Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) is a leading provider of utility trucks, heavy equipment, rentals, parts, service, and equipment solutions across North America. We help utility, telecom, construction, rail, forestry, and infrastructure customers keep their operations moving.

We're seeking a high-energy Account Manager to develop and grow business throughout the Greater Hudson Valley, NY market.

This is a true hunter role . Success comes from building a pipeline, opening new accounts, creating relationships, and winning business. If you thrive on prospecting, cold calling, territory development, and closing deals, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business opportunities throughout the Hudson Valley market.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and cold calling.
• Call on utility contractors, electric utilities, municipalities, telecom companies, tree care providers, and construction customers.
• Sell and promote CTOS equipment, rentals, parts, service, and fleet solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
• Manage territory activity and sales pipeline using Salesforce.
• Establish long-term customer relationships while continuously expanding market share.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in B2B outside sales and new business development .

• Experience selling into any of the following industries:- Utility equipment

  • Utility construction
  • Commercial trucks
  • Heavy equipment
  • Construction equipment
  • Vehicle or Equipment rental
  • Fleet services
  • Vocational trucks

• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrated ability to develop a territory and consistently exceed sales goals.

• Self-motivated professional comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
