Nursing Supervisor (Registered Nurse) – Home Care

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $55.80 – $60.25 per hour

Position Overview

Elderly Savior Homecare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Nursing Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinically strong and compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality home care services while ensuring compliance with all Department of Health (DOH) regulations.

The Nursing Supervisor will oversee patient care, support field clinicians, and ensure that all care plans are executed safely and effectively. This role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills.

• Conduct admission, recertification, and post-hospitalization assessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects and reactions
• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition
• Obtain and coordinate medical orders from physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants 
• Provide clinical guidance and troubleshooting support to field nurses and caregivers 
• Respond to urgent clinical situations and emergencies in a timely manner 
• Complete annual supervisory visits for LPNs, RNs, and CHHAs 
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, policies, and safety standards
• Address and resolve patient and family concerns or complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
• Ensure all infection control and safety precautions are properly implemented 
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) 
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state 
• BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association required)
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2years of clinical nursing experience
• Home care experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of home care regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities 
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills
