Research Associate I, Gene Therapy Lab

Sarepta Therapeutics is seeking a motivated laboratory assistant to support in vitro and in vivo studies focusing on gene therapies for rare diseases. You will process samples, assess RNA and protein expression, and study disease phenotypes in neuromuscular models. Work is conducted under scientists’ direction with emphasis on accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include performing assays such as ddPCR, ELISA, and Western blot, maintaining records, and training new staff as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr sarepta
