Director of Recruiting / Partner at SQRL Highlights $25 - $29/hr based on experience Play a major role in helping patients get involved in clinical trials The Company Our client is a fast-growing site network with over 35 sites and expanding. They focus on diversity in their trials, including therapeutic areas such as cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal, CNS, pulmonology, and vaccines. Their sites conduct studies from Phases I-IV and have been recognized for excellence in recruitment and retention, providing a best-in-class experience for patients and sponsors. The Role The Patient Engagement and Enrollment Specialist is crucial in the clinical trial process. You will be the face of the company and the first contact for many patients. Some may be nervous or have questions about participating; your job is to guide them and make them comfortable. Daily tasks include contacting, screening, and scheduling potential patients for research studies. You will work in a busy clinic and also engage with the community through events and initiatives. You will confirm interest, ask qualifying questions, and schedule patients to start trials.
