We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism in the Austin, TX area .

What You'll Do

• Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in home and community settings

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA

• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation

• Build positive relationships with clients and families

• Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team members
  

Qualifications

For Behavior Technicians (BTs):

• Experience working with children is required, such as:

  • Nanny or babysitting experience

  • Teacher, teacher's aide, daycare, or preschool experience

  • Pediatric or healthcare experience

  • Medical field experience involving children

• Passionate about helping children learn and grow

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Austin area

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

For Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs):

• Active RBT certification preferred

• Experience providing ABA therapy

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Austin area
