Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Cafe Associate to join our team in Sarasota, FL. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of food and beverage items, including bartending duties.Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Assist with inventory, stock management, and daily operational tasks.
Qualifications: Experience as a Bartender, Barista, Prep Cook, or in a customer service role in the food industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Certification in Food Safety (ServSafe) and Alcohol preferred.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Excellent math skills.
