REGISTERED NURSE

Houston Methodist seeks an experienced RN II to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The RN II delivers evidence-based nursing care, coordinates interdisciplinary treatment plans, administers medications, and monitors complex patient conditions. Responsibilities include patient assessment, clinical documentation, patient and family education, and precepting junior staff. The RN II supports a culture of safety, compassion, and integrity while participating in quality improvement initiatives, advancing clinical skills, and contributing to research and education in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
