Overview School-Based Outpatient Clinician - Caroline County Public Schools . This is a full-time, 10-month position that aligns with the Caroline County Public Schools academic year. LifeBridge Counseling is based in Richmond with multiple Virginia locations, including Caroline County Public Schools, and has been dedicated to fostering healthier lives since 2015. We provide outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families, in person or via tele-health, using a range of clinical modalities and specializations. We collaborate with True North Health Clinic and Intercept Health to offer comprehensive care, from psychiatry to crisis and home-based services. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, or group outpatient treatments for students in Caroline County Public Schools. Deliver evidence-based practices across modalities, with a focus on student needs, and support tele-health options when appropriate. Collaborate with school-based teams and external partners as needed to support student well-being and treatment goals. Qualifications Clinicians must be licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCP) or under supervision toward licensure (Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work). Postgraduate clinical experience with children, adolescents, or families. Experience with various therapeutic modalities and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
