F&I Manager - High Volume Toyota Store

We’re looking for a F&I Manager who can run high volume without letting the details slip. This is one of the busiest stores in our group. Strong new car flow, healthy used inventory, and a Sales Team that keeps the desk full. What we need is someone who can deliver every customer at the same standard, whether it’s the third deal of the day or the thirteenth. What you’ll do: Present 100% of products to 100% of customers, every deal, using our menu process Structure and submit deals across captive TFS and secondary lenders with speed and accuracy Drive product penetration — VSC, maintenance, tire & wheel, and bundle programs Turn deals fast — CIT is a scoreboard What we’re looking for: 2+ years of F&I production in a franchise store Consistent PVR and PPD performance you can show us on paper Toyota or import-store experience a plus; captive lender fluency a bigger plus CDK and Darwin experience preferred, but we’ll train the right producer What you get: Aggressive commission-based pay plan with real volume behind it — top performers in our group are earning at the highest levels in the market Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) A group that invests in F&I: structured training, coaching, and a clear path to senior and director-level roles across 33 rooftops Leadership that knows the F&I office is a profit center, not an afterthought #J-18808-Ljbffr Mills Automotive Group
