Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of this esteemed resort, providing critical insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership. The Executive Director of FP&A will be a strategic finance leader responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the property. Responsibilities of the role include: Lead the annual budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting process. Monitor progress and changes; and keep senior leadership as well as department leaders updated of the organization’s financial performance Develop and maintain robust financial models to support business planning, capital investments, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actions to optimize financial outcomes and support business growth. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
