Team Manager - Rodeo Drive

Summary The Team Manager leads the Rodeo Drive boutique, overseeing staff, merchandise and the client experience. This role is accountable for achieving sales targets, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and developing associates through coaching and training. The manager collaborates with corporate and visual teams to drive a best‑in‑class, appointment‑based retail environment. Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of Client Advisors through daily coaching, regular reviews and succession planning Drive sales performance and achieve regional sales objectives through floor supervision and sales initiatives Recruit, onboard and train new hires to ensure exceptional client service and system proficiency Coordinate client relationship resources and build a repeat business and prospecting mindset Oversee inventory accuracy, shrink control and POS inventory functions Partner with Visual and Logistics teams to implement merchandising standards and assortment decisions Prepare monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports and support store operations projects Requirements Minimum 6 years of retail experience with emphasis on operations or store management, preferably in luxury Business school, university degree or equivalent experience Proven leadership, coaching and people development skills Strong client service focus and familiarity with client books preferred Computer literate with ability to learn POS and reporting systems Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; foreign languages a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
