Video Production Coordinator

Role Description The Video Production Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Caney, TX, with flexibility for some work from home. This role coordinates video projects across Hope Media Group brands, supporting pre-production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing shoots, facilitating communication between creative, production, and ministry teams, and tracking project timelines and deliverables. The coordinator assists with production logistics, such as booking locations, managing assets, maintaining production calendars, and ensuring adherence to brand and technical standards. The role also supports post-production workflows by organizing files, tracking revisions, and helping ensure videos are delivered on time for broadcast, digital, and event use. Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and collaborative cross-team interaction. Demonstrated ability in Production Planning, including scheduling shoots, coordinating resources, and preparing production documents. experience with production management, overseeing logistics, timelines, and deliverables across multiple video projects. Proficiency in Project Operations, including task tracking, deadline management, and reporting progress to stakeholders. Excellent Organization Skills, with attention to detail in handling assets, documentation, and parallel workflows. Familiarity with video production processes, tools, and terminology; experience in broadcast or digital media is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining quality and consistency. Commitment to Hope Media Group's Christian mission and values, with sensitivity to diverse audiences.
