Position Type: 3 months contract, possible extensions Location: Commack NY 11725 Onsite Flexibility: Clinic position to work onsite Pay Range: $58.00-65.00 Schedule: Mon-Sat 9am-6:30pm

Position Summary: Description: Candidate questionnaire must be included on all submissions. As an Immunizing Pharmacist, you have a critical role at the forefront of delivering Client's purpose, modeling Clients values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for patients. A key component of the Immunizing Pharmacist role is keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. You will be responsible for the administration of multiple immunizations (ex: flu, shingles, COVID etc) Additionally, you will:

Minimum Required Qualifications: Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA) Valid Drivers License No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances Education Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
