Caregiver PositionWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and dementia care. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and support in various settings, including nursing homes, group homes, and long-term care facilities.DutiesProvide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.Assist clients with mobility and lifting as needed to ensure their safety and comfort.Monitor patient observation to track changes in health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals.Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.Support individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing tailored care plans.Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to hygiene standards.Document daily activities, progress notes, and any changes in client behavior or condition.Collaborate with family members and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.RequirementsPrevious experience in senior care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable.Ability to lift and assist clients safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques.Strong observational skills to monitor changes in client health and behavior effectively.Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings such as nursing homes or group homes.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.Join our team of dedicated Caregivers who are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefitsRothFlexible schedulePaid orientationPaid time offPaid trainingSchedule12 hour shift10 hour shift8 hour shift4 hour shift2 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftMorning shiftNight shiftOvernight shiftWork Location: In person
