Job Description We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting order management, logistics coordination, export activities, and complaint resolution. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are met while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service and logistics experience in an international environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Onboarding Serve as the first point of contact for customers. Coordinate commercial, technical, and operational inquiries. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Order & Contract Management Process customer orders and amendments accurately and efficiently. Verify order information and ensure all documentation is correct and compliant. Work closely with internal teams to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines. Customer Inquiry & Complaint Handling Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly. Log and manage external complaints within the CRM system. Data Management Update customer, shipment, and order information within company systems. Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audit requirements. Logistics & Shipping Perform inbound and outbound forwarding activities. Coordinate transportation and shipment arrangements. Track shipments and proactively communicate delivery updates to customers. Export & International Trade Coordinate shipping activities with customs agents and freight providers. Prepare and manage export/import documentation. Ensure overseas shipments comply with regulatory requirements and customer expectations. About You Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Previous experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or order management within an international environment. Experience in ACCAP. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
