Hansel Subaru is Hiring for Experienced Automotive Technicians!!The Service Technician utilizes all the state-of-the-art equipment and training to efficiently and safely maintain and repair our customers' vehicles. Working as a part of our amazing service team, the technician provides a second-to-none experience for each and every customer.Hansel Auto Group services the following brands: Ford, Lincoln, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, BMW, Subaru, VolkswagenPay Range:$33.80-$45.00 hourly plus bonus pay plans are also available, depending on experience.Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:Examines customer vehiclesIdentifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenanceEstimates cost of repairsPerforms vehicle repairs and maintenanceDocuments services performedPerforms services efficiently and according to dealership guidelinesFollows dealership and manufacturer service guidelinesGreat working demeaner with co-workersMaintains CSI at or above Company standardsMaintains an organized, clean and safe work areaParticipates in required trainingRecords all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping systemFollows Safeguards rules and regulationsComplies with Company policies and proceduresObserves all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of dutiesQualifications and SkillsExperience as an automotive technician!Provide a clean and valid California licenseHave the highest level of workmanshipMust be reliable, punctual, and safety focusedMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Pass a drug testPass a background checkClean and Valid California driver’s licenseBenefits401(k)401(k) employer contributionsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision PlanLife InsuranceFlex spending account (FSA)Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and partsPay Defined: For a productive/bonus-based pay plan the Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $33.80.
