Description - Your Daily Contributions

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across various fields including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Analyze test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with sample collection and ensure proper preparation for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and assist in maintaining the highest lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparations.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year from the date of hire.
• Maintain certification throughout your employment.
