The schedule involves flexible arrangement between the nanny and the au pair, with shifts covering mornings and afternoons. Shifts are from 6:30 am to 1:30 pm on some days and 1:30 pm to 8:30 pm on others. The position requires flexibility and collaboration with both the household staff and Mom. Duties General responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well‑being of the children, facilitating age‑appropriate activities, and preparing nutritious meals. Maintaining the children’s daily routines and supporting light household tasks related to the children, such as managing laundry, grocery shopping, and vacuuming designated areas. Occasionally, assisting with UPS package returns may be helpful.
