Utilizing evidence-based practices, the facility provides substance abuse and mental health care in a supportive, contemporary, and healing environment. Georgia Recovery Campus is dedicated to promoting medical, rehabilitative, and emotional well-being while fostering hope and self-esteem throughout every step of the recovery process.
Role Description
This is a full-time, in-person role for a Primary Therapist. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for developing treatment plans, managing case loads, addressing chemical dependency challenges, and providing tailored care for individuals with dual diagnoses. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients, conducting individual therapy, facilitating group therapy, facilitating interventions, and delivering therapeutic services aligned with recovery goals.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in mental health counseling, social work or related field.
- LPC, LCSW, MFT, LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT is required
- Skills in Treatment Planning and creating individualized care approaches
- Knowledge of Chemical Dependency and associated interventions
- Experience in Case Management and coordinating support services
- Expertise in working with individuals with Dual Diagnoses
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to trauma-informed care and client-centered practices
