Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Three weeks per month, 24-hour call coverage 7am-7am, with clinic 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, 2-3 days per week, weekend call
• Job Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call
• Types of Cases: Angiograms, Venogram, AV fistula revision, AV fistula branding, basilic vein transposition. Bypass, CEA, FEA, RFA, Hybrid cases, TCAR, TEVAR
• Credentialing: 60-90 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified Vascular Surgery
• Certifications: ACLS, DEA
• Licensure: Active Arizona license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
