Required Skills:

• Valid MA RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years of operating room experience
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, protocols, and aseptic techniques
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience with specific surgical specialties
• Additional certifications such as CNOR

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• Proven track record in perioperative nursing

Other Requirements:

• HWL Coversheet submission required (local is $8 less)
• Availability to work 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, four 10-hour shifts per week
• Call responsibilities: twice a month plus every 6th weekend weekend call
• Travel and licensure reimbursements, as applicable
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and participate in on-call duties
