Foremost Farms USA is one of the largest, leading dairy cooperatives in the United States and major dairy food and ingredients manufacturing business. We represent hundreds of Midwest dairy farmer members located in seven Midwest states, and we produce about 500 million pounds of cheese and 50 million pounds of butter in plants across our network every year. Starting pay $27.19 per hour. Pay increases to $27.46 per hour at three months and $29.39 per hour after 6 months. Shift premium: additional $2.00/hour for hours worked between 6:00PM - 6:00AM.

All new hires start on 2nd (2:00 pm- 10:00 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:00PM - 6:00AM) floaters, learning a wide range of skills across the facility. Weekends and holidays scheduled on a rotating basis.

Job responsibilities:

• Produce a safe and quality product
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate them to appropriate team members
• Trained on HACCP, GMP's, safety, manufacturing processes, and loss control programs and use that knowledge to perform your work duties
• Participation in a team environment

Minimum qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• Able to read and comprehend the English language
• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction)
• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock
• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience
