Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in clinical discussions with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, reporting pertinent patient progress and addressing concerns to optimize treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including detailed progress notes and treatment records, in accordance with departmental policies and electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to tailor comprehensive treatment plans, including effective discharge strategies based on psychosocial assessments and clinical interventions.

• Provide in-depth counseling and crisis intervention for clients facing emotional and behavioral challenges, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques.

• Assist clients in navigating the discharge process, coordinating care with multiple providers to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support.

• Work closely with families and support networks to discuss treatment options and discharge plans, fostering a collaborative approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
