Elevator Service Mechanic - Casper, Cheyenne, Laramie WY Area (Evergreen)

Elevator Service Mechanic Based out of a remote location covering the "out route" in Casper, Cheyenne, Laramie WY territory. Key Responsibilities Analyze, problem‑solve and collaborate with subcontractors, general contractors, and consultants. Adhere to the agreed schedule of projects and report progress to supervisor. Support site safety in accordance with standard practice and policy. Interpret technical documents while working in a fast‑paced environment. Perform all aspects of elevator maintenance, including troubleshooting problems with major elevator components. Manually wire and install smaller elevator components such as roller guides, door track, linkages, and hall buttons. Ensure all work is performed safely in accordance with safety standards and policies. Qualifications & Requirements Speak and write clearly for internal and external communications. High degree of concentration while wiring, installing, maintaining, and updating elevator equipment. Physical: walking/standing approximately 80%, sitting 20%, lifting up to 100 lbs. Approximately 50% of the time; involves repetitive stooping, forward bending and crouching approximately 70% of the time; travel up to 95% of the time. Environmental: ability to perform essential job functions in field settings with exposure to non‑controlled climate conditions. Manual Dexterity: use of hands, arms, and feet for repetitive lifting; use of hands and arms to operate various hand and power tools and to record written information; requires capability to operate an automobile. Benefits Eligible for Membership in the International Union of Elevator Constructors. Will receive 12.5% overscale as part of the IUEC agreement. Wages, benefits and working conditions as defined by applicable collective bargaining agreement. Annual Base Pay Range Hourly wage rate is $65.21 starting January 1, 2026. Comp package offered is agreed based on the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
