The To-Go Specialist position is about:

• Answering phone calls and assisting guests with placing their To Go order
• Maintaining a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat clean and professional image
• Possessing proficient knowledge of the menu to explain our offerings to the guests and answer any questions
• Monitoring and entering all orders from 3rd party To Go platforms into the POS and properly delivering orders to the dedicated drivers
• Delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, which includes retrieving food orders from the kitchen and packaging them in the appropriate containers
• Setting up and maintaining the dedicated workstation throughout the shift
• Preparing supplies for the shift, including, but not limited to to go condiments and sauces
• Assisting other FOH staff members with service points during downtime
• Adhering to all Perry's Steakhouse and Grille safety and sanitation policies and procedures
