Job Summary (List Format):
- Scope deals and define business value for ServiceNow projects.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent and future-proof implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Drive large-scale developments and manage complex deployment processes.
- Integrate sophisticated technical solutions and oversee technical governance.
- Lead partner teams and resolve technical challenges across diverse projects.
- Stay current on ServiceNow advancements, certifications, and industry trends.
- Share ServiceNow insights with teams and customers to optimize project outcomes.
- Lead advisory and co-delivery engagements with minimal oversight.
- Identify and mitigate complex risks and issues early in the project lifecycle.
- Coach and mentor junior technical consultants and team members.
- Conduct workshops to assess and design current and future-state business processes.
- Design and deliver ServiceNow workflow solutions with long-term technical architecture.
- Oversee and unit test code developed by partners or customer teams.
- Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities for process improvement.
- Guide customers in documentation of technical requirements.
- Provide feedback to product development for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date skills and certifications in relevant ServiceNow workflows.
- Integrate and optimize AI tools within ServiceNow to drive business value.
- Collaborate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Travel up to 50% as required.
- Hold relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA a must).
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving, project leadership, and ethical AI use.
