Job Summary

We're seeking a Manufacturing General Laborer to join our team in Howard City, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to bend, sand, and tape parts for the manufacturing industry.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Manufacturing General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include:
- Part Manipulation : Bending, sanding, and taping parts for the manufacturing industry manually or with robotic machines.
- Paperwork Completion : Completing paperwork as needed.
- Repetitive Work : Performing medium to fast-paced repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
In addition, you will also be expected to be open to cross-training in different departments.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Lifting from 2-50 pounds regularly throughout shift.
- Standing for 8-10 hours a day for entire shift doing repetitive work.
- Must be able to work overtime when needed.
- Medium to fast pace work.
- Good math skills.
- Must be able to use/read a tape measure & calipers.
- Wear PPE (steel toe/safety glasses).
- Ability to cross train in different stations.
Skills:
- Good hand dexterity : Essential for bending, sanding, and taping parts accurately.
- Caliper, tape measures and blueprint reading : (willing to train) Crucial for precise measurements and understanding technical specifications.
- Attention to detail : Important for ensuring quality in repetitive tasks and completing paperwork accurately.
