BIM Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead a team of BIM Coordinators and support our Low Voltage Construction team. In this role, you will develop high-quality, data-enriched models for both new construction and renovation projects. You will focus on low voltage systems-including structured cabling, low voltage pathway systems, and communications room elevations-ensuring accurate coordination and constructability across project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using Revit , Navisworks , and BlueBeam .
• Model and coordinate low voltage systems (including structured cabling) per contract documents, BICSI , and NEC standards.
• Work under the direction of the Project Manager and Project Supervisor to support project milestones.
• Perform clash detection in Navisworks and coordinate resolutions across multiple trades.
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and all established project workflows.
• Assist in improving BIM standards, templates, and modeling practices.
• Participate in on-site job walks and field visits to verify constructability and confirm that BIM models reflect actual site conditions.
• Collaborate with field teams and project supervisors to validate design intent and resolve discrepancies in real time.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation

Base Salary: $90,000-$105,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of BIM coordination experience focused on electrical or low voltage systems.
• Proficiency in Revit , Navisworks , and BlueBeam .
• Familiarity with AutoCAD as a supplemental tool (not required as a primary platform).
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and modeling standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• MUST have strong understanding of Pathway systems
