Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, including paperwork and orientation Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HRIS systems Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes Assist with compliance efforts and help ensure HR practices meet legal requirements Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training schedules, and performance review cycles Qualifications 1+ year of experience in human resources, recruiting, or a related administrative role preferred Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Knowledge of basic HR laws, regulations, and best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of professionalism Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Benefit Offerings (Eligibility Varies) Insurance - medical, dental, vision Term life Short-term disability 401(k) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid holiday and sick leave Equal Opportunity & Inclusion Express Employment Professionals – North Seattle, WA is an equal opportunity employer.
