Laurel Village, a prominent downtown Minneapolis apartment community, is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. We are searching for someone whose skills and talents can contribute to our success in maintaining an amazing environment for both our residents and employees.

Leasing Agent Job Details:

• Hours Full-time
• Pay Range $19 - $20 / hour + eligible for commissions!

Leasing Agent Job Objective: The Leasing Agent assists in all functions necessary to effectively operate the community. Work independently and as a team to perform leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative duties.

Leasing Agent Responsibilities:

• The Leasing Agent greets prospective and current residents in a warm and welcoming manner, conducts property tours
• Compile and process residential applications;
• Navigate and update data through the property management software;
• Coordinate lease signings and conduct move-in orientations for new residents;
• Assist with resident services as needed;
• Log and audit resident packages received throughout the day;
• Perform unit inspections to ensure market readiness;
• The Leasing Agent must adhere to organizational policies & procedures as well as MN Fair Housing laws

Leasing Agent Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills with an understanding of the Internet and its uses for marketing.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service or sales related field, preferably in property management.

This is a full-time position with a schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Most Saturdays required. 40 hours per week
