Summary As Assistant Store Manager for the new Westfield Topanga opening, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets and help build a high-performing store team. You will contribute to store operations, visual standards, and the customer experience while coaching and developing staff. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.
