Full-Stack Python Engineer (2+ Years Startup Required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features using Python backend and React frontend.
- Develop APIs and services powering core workflows in specialty medication access.
- Build intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for providers, care teams, and operations staff.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in architectural discussions and influence technical decisions.
- Contribute to performance, reliability, and security best practices.
- 2+ years professional experience as full-stack engineer at a startup.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).
- Strong proficiency in React (modern hooks, state management, frontend best practices).
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Comfort operating in startup environments and solving ambiguous problems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
- Interest in AI-driven systems and intelligent automation.
