ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2000 and currently has a dedicated team of ten. Ive been with State Farm for 40 years, having served in several roles first as an agent, then in field staff, and eventually returning to agency ownership. Insurance runs in my family; my father also worked in the industry, and my own journey has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to service and integrity. Before my insurance career, I served in the U.S. Air Force as a flight instructor, an experience that taught me leadership, discipline, and teamwork.

I hold a masters degree and am married with four sons, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren family means everything to me. That same sense of family extends into our office culture. Were a close-knit, supportive group that works hard, celebrates each others successes, and truly enjoys spending time together.

Our team participates in missionary work and community outreach through our church, reflecting our shared belief in giving back. We also enjoy team dinners, outings, and even spirit week its a fun, energizing way to stay connected.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bruce Baltich - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

• Experience in customer service preferred.
