Watsontown Brick, a trusted brand within the General Shale family, is seeking a Forklift Operator to support production operations at our Watsontown, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can safely operate equipment and adapt to changing production needs.

Position Overview:

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving, staging, and shipping materials throughout the plant while supporting production goals, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts (up to 14,000 lbs) to transport and stack materials
• Support production and shipping by moving product as needed
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report equipment issues
• Ensure product quality during handling and shipment
• Accurately document shipped materials for inventory control
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals and work overtime as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Forklift experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to work in an active industrial environment
