Home Dialysis Nurse (PRN / Per Patient Model) Premier Dialysis Remote with Travel to Patient Homes (Approx. 75%) Position Overview Premier Dialysis is seeking a highly motivated and independent nurse to support the onboarding and ongoing management of home dialysis patients. This role is ideal for nurses looking to supplement their income while maintaining flexibility and autonomy. This is a performance-based, per-patient role —there are no set hourly requirements . Your focus is simple: deliver high-quality care on your schedule and the patient’s schedule.
