Significance is seeking a Management Analyst I to support our NSWC team in Port Hueneme, CA. This position support data analysis, reporting, and operations research functions. Required Skills 3 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Ability to maintain professional working relationships and demeanor. Dependable, with strong time management skills. Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field Desired Skills Experience with Navy programs At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range.
