Key Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, energetic, and five-star experience for every member and guest.

Manage daily studio operations, including opening/closing, check-ins, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized studio.

Respond to calls, texts, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Build strong relationships with members and proactively encourage consistent attendance and engagement.

Support new member onboarding and ensure every member feels welcomed, supported, and motivated.

Identify sales opportunities and confidently introduce BODY20 memberships, services, and products based on each guest’s needs.

Follow up with leads and prospects to help convert demos into memberships.

Support monthly goals for demos, memberships, sales, and member retention.

Maintain accurate member information, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Support local events, community outreach, marketing campaigns, and studio promotions to generate new leads.

Monitor studio supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.

Work closely with coaches and management to deliver a consistent and exceptional member experience.

Be a positive, team-oriented contributor who helps drive studio growth and creates a fun, motivating environment.

Requirements

Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly

Passion for health and wellness

Strong Follow-up and organizational skills
