The Housing Specialist performs case management functions to help individuals maintain independent housing and achieve financial stability. Duties include outreach, intake, housing search and placement, rental assistance, developing person-centered plans, coordinating with DSS, HUD and landlords, and documenting progress according to program standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
