Reference: PR/592804_1781637930Sourcing Manager - Electronics (PCBA & Circuits)ð Chicago, IL (Hybrid)ð $105,000 - $135,000 + BonusAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing for electronics components and PCBA (printed circuit board assemblies) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, engineering, and operations, owning supplier relationships and driving performance across cost, quality, and delivery.What You'll DoOwn sourcing strategy for PCBA, circuit boards, and electronic componentsManage and develop global supplier relationshipsLead negotiations, contracts, and cost reduction initiativesDrive supplier performance (delivery, quality, cost)Support new product introductions (NPI) with reliable sourcingHandle supplier escalations and ensure continuity of supplyPartner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and planning teamsMonitor market trends across the electronics and semiconductor spaceWhat You Bring5+ years of experience in sourcing or supplier management in manufacturingStrong experience with:PCBA / circuit boardsElectronic components (active & passive)Contract ManufacturingProven success in negotiation, cost savings, and supplier performanceSolid understanding of the electronics supply chain and component lifecycleAbility to influence across teams and drive resultsNice to HaveExperience with EMS providers, OEMs, or component distributorsERP/sourcing tools experienceCPSM, CSCP, or similar certificationsWhy JoinHigh-impact role in a complex electronics supply chainStrong cross-functional exposureOpportunity to influence critical sourcing strategy and supplier networkð Interested?
