What You'll Do As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, trauma-informed care through telehealth while partnering with families to support meaningful, lasting change. You'll manage a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week , with the flexibility to choose part-time or full-time . Your day-to-day will include: Conducting clinical intakes and assessments Developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs and experiences Scheduling: Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2:00–9:00 PM EST . Weekend availability is a plus.
