• Follow all safety rules and practices.
• Housekeeping duties (daily, weekly and between flute changes duties)
• Have the courage to intervene and submit Check It (safe work observation)

• Proficient with Kiwi, COPAR, QMS and SPI’s
• Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas.
• Maintain teamwork with machine crews and other associates
• Monitor the condition and maintenance needs of the equipment and keep

maintenance and/or supervision informed of equipment status. * Learning Starch operator duties & responsibilities; operate machine when operator is absent. * Learning Stacker operator duties & responsibilities; operate machine when operator is absent. * Learn Double backer duties & responsibilities; operate machine when operator is absen.t * Learn Clamp Driver duties and responsibilities; operate machine when operator is absent. * Perform all other duties assigned by supervision/team lead to ensure production needs are met * The Skills You Will Bring: * Candidate must have the ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler; ability to use basic math * Candidate must also demonstrate a sincere interest and desire to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment * Candidate must have the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of team. a proven leader, goal oriented, self-starter, good communicator and computer literate. * Candidate must have a firm understanding of driving safety culture, adhering to corporate and human resources policy.
