Job Title: Data IQ Administrator Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ / Alpharetta, GA Experience: 5–7 Years Employment Type: Full-time Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced Data IQ Administrator with a strong background in payments and credit card systems to support and manage enterprise analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude while working closely with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and support the Data IQ platform to ensure optimal performance and availability. Manage data ingestion, access controls, user roles, and security configurations. Support analytics and reporting needs related to payments and credit card data. Monitor system health, performance, and data quality; troubleshoot and resolve issues. Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and leadership to understand reporting and analytics requirements. Provide platform governance, documentation, and best practices. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and present insights clearly and confidently. Required Skills & Qualifications 5–7 years of experience as a Data IQ Administrator or similar analytics platform role. Strong domain experience in payments and credit card processing systems. Solid understanding of data administration, metadata management, and platform governance. Excellent communication skills with strong executive presence. High Data IQ (analytical mindset) with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and in team environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in financial services or banking environments. Exposure to data governance, compliance, or regulatory reporting.
