What You'll Do:

• Conduct professional real estate closings and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with loan processors, lenders, realtors, attorneys, and internal teams to keep everything on track.
• Perform quality assurance reviews on files for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate loan processing and closing functions, attending closings as needed.
• Handle document recording, check processing, and post-closing functions.
• Stay updated on industry tech and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years in administrative, banking, or customer service roles; real estate loan closings and settlement operations area plus!
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independence: Ability to work autonomously while staying collaborative.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with industry-related software and process improvements.
