As a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the COO Technology group supporting software engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, collaborative spirit, and innovative thinking, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Software Engineer 4 - Contingent Location: Charlotte, NC (300 Brevard St) What's the Job? Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large‑scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi‑faceted, larger scale or longer‑term Software Engineering challenges requiring in‑depth evaluation. Contribute to the resolution of complex situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborate strategically with client personnel and external partners to deliver innovative solutions. Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions leveraging modern technologies including Generative AI and integration tools. What's Needed? 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education. 5+ years of Python full‑stack development, including RESTful API design (FastAPI, Flask, Django). 3+ years of experience with Autosys, OpenShift (OCP), and GCP or equivalent cloud environments. 3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools and Identity Access Management. 1+ years of experience with Generative AI stack and related frameworks.
